Pak Insight respects the intellectual property of others and expects readers and contributors to do the same. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will investigate promptly.
What your notice must include
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this website where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our process
Valid notices are actioned, usually within a few working days. We remove or disable access to the material and notify the contributor who submitted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
